Founder, Adaptive Dance Director & Certified Instructor
Dancimus™ programs are led by Jennifer Giblin, a certified adaptive dance instructor and licensed mental health professional with extensive experience in dance, performance, education, behavioral health, and dance/experiential therapy.
Drawing from more than three decades of experience across education, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and movement-based practices, Jennifer develops safe, structured, and inclusive dance experiences that support confidence, creativity, movement, connection, and personal growth.
Her approach blends person-centered learning with adaptive and expressive movement, creating supportive environments where individuals of varying abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles feel welcomed, respected, empowered, and free to grow through music and dance.

Joe Mounts, Instructor
Collaborative Adaptive Instructor
Joe Mounts is an experienced adaptive dance instructor who brings more than 40 years of dance expertise to the Dancimus™ instructional team. Widely respected for his technical mastery and musicality, he emphasizes the connection between movement and rhythm. As a veteran dance teacher, Joe holds certifications in multiple ballroom syllabi and supports our programs through structured inclusive dance instruction. Recognized throughout the Southeast for his mastery of Ballroom, Latin, social dance, musicality, showcase performance, and competition preperation, Joe ensures that every session is safe, welcoming, and appropriately paced, helping dancers of all ability levels experience the joy and pride of progress.
